  After experiencing a horrible experience at the Glendale location I found stellar customer service with this location. It took me three attempts to get my lenses corrected at Glendale and on the third attempt with an eye doctor, they cancelled my appointment after making me wait a half hour. While the sales rep who took care of me was very nice and eager to help, you could tell that the store was badly managed. At best most of the staff were indifferent and at worse you could tell that they just didn't care about customer service. Now this brings me to the Waukesha location. I saw on Google that they had a 4.9 rating and I wanted to see how it could go here. I was not disappointed. Everyone who took care of me from the eye doctor (who was in house rather than virtual), the store manager April who set of the appointment and Niya and Wyatt who took care of my needs went above and beyond to help . Everything went as smoothly as you could expect, they did everything they could to unravel the mess I was in. Shout out to this store and their staff. I work in customer service/sales and I'd be happy to have any of the staff on my team. Their rating is certainly justified

  I have had a terrible experience with Waukesha optical, I was informed I would receive my new glasses on June 20th, never received. I was told that they went to a different store so now they had to be redone. Well it’s July 1st and still no glasses. I keep getting the run around and to get refund they already billed my insurance and I paid remaining balance. I will never order from Waukesha optical again, very disappointed.

  Dr. Bannon was great explaining all test done with speed and accuracy. also Wyatt great asset to the optical dept at target in Waukesha. answered all my questions when I called in day before coming in for my appointment. super positive experience!!!

  After the doctor at the Tosa location no-show’d my appointment, April and the team at the Waukesha location got me in almost immediately the same day, were absolutely lovely and accommodating. Definitely will be continuing to come to this location!

  We first came here a few years ago before my wife and I were married, and Wyatt helped her find the first frames she truly loved while teaching her how to shop for her face shape. Recently, after a disappointing experience elsewhere that left her with an inaccurate prescription and glasses she couldn't comfortably wear, we decided to come back. By coincidence, Wyatt was working that evening, and my wife was seen by Stefan Levay, OD. The difference was incredible. Dr. Levay quickly explained why the previous prescription felt wrong and provided a clear, comfortable prescription. The entire experience was fast, professional, and easy to understand. Wyatt is exceptionally kind and has a real talent for finding frames that match and enhance your personality. We found both her regular glasses and sunglasses almost immediately. Wyatt was also amazing at helping us look up insurance, especially between jobs and a name change. We're fortunate to live within walking distance of this office and won't be wasting time shopping around in the future. Thank you, Wyatt and Dr. Levay, for such an outstanding experience.
