  I am not sure how to make sense of my familys' experience. The agency was responsive in meeting with us to discuss potential services. My wife passed away a few days later and for over three weeks now I have been receiving daily email reminders to sign admission documents despite my email and phone requests for those reminders to stop. I can only surmise that our wishes no longer matter.

  my name is Karen and I'm hemiplegicdue to a stroke Dec.11, 2021 I have had Home Instead services for about 4 years All of my caregivers are kind and respectful. Vickie,especially was very patient and respectful when giving me a shower for her first time, inspite of my germaphobia,OCD she listened to my instructions intently and followed my instructions perfectly,as did Sakina for her first time showering me.Home Instead strives to cover my shifts and they always make sure to find a replacement if a caregiver is sick so as not to jeopardize the client. Angie is super patient and kind Breanna is very sweet,and although she is new, she is a fast learner. All of my current caregivers are kind,considerate,compassionate,respectful and willing to learn.Yolanda is always willing to help especially with cooking.
