- JHJacqueline HarrisSep 10, 20261.0Horrible system, I received an email Monday confirming I have an appointment today (Thursday) also asking me to fill out patient forms ahead of time. When I drove 30min to the appointment I was told that it wasn’t a real appointment and only tentative and there was no optometrist there. The associate working today was zero help and really needs to be trained on what to do in these situations because she made it worse. Absolutely unacceptable, and I will never come here again and will never recommend to anyone moving forward.
