  Wish I could remember my hygienist’s name. I think it was Erica. She was direct with her communication and I really appreciated that. Plus, when I asked her to rerun the insurance to make sure the bill amount was correct, she did. The dentist was kind and made eye contact which may seem like a small thing, but it was very much appreciated.

  Information given each visit is inconsistent. One visit we are told we will need to see an orthodontist soon and next it’s years away and the next it’s something different. Poor communication regarding insurance and always tons of paper work. You’ll get 15 calls and texts the week of your appointment to confirm your appointment and if you don’t respond immediately you’ll get even more calls and texts. Staff are usually nice, but today was our last visit here. We will be taking our business elsewhere moving forward.
