  The help was very nice and efficient. But obviously they needed extra help on a Saturday. Order 4 pairs of glasses.1 pair was just readrs. Only left with 1 pair because they did not have time to make the others that day. Said they would ship which was no problem. 2 weeks later still no glasses. Can't call the store they never answer. Phone basically rang most the time we were there. Finally ended calling a customer support line. Which they should at least have an answering machine that tells you that when you try calling the store. 5he solution for the to satisfy a customer that waits 2 weeks for same day glasses was if you dont want them. Make another trip to the store and return them.

  I want to give a huge thank you to Adriana at Eyemart Express in La Crosse for going absolutely above and beyond for my parents! We previously visited Optical Fashion, and the service there didn't compare to the outstanding experience we had here. The moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly. Adriana knew exactly how to help my dad, clearly explaining his insurance coverage, co-pay, and the overall cost breakdown. She is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to ensure he understood everything while helping him select the perfect frames. She even offered us a first-time customer promotional discount! As an added bonus, Adriana speaks Spanish. This made my parents feel so much more comfortable, confident, and able to ask questions easily. To top it all off, the pricing was much more affordable than Optical Fashion. I highly recommend Eyemart Express to anyone, especially first-timers. If you go, look for Adriana—she is fantastic, especially if you need a Spanish speaker!

  Trying to call a place to asked about getting new glasses and no one answers no matter what option you pick. Very unprofessional.

  Eyemart Express consistently does not answer their phone, and there isn’t even a voicemail option to leave a message. I've been trying to get a simple question answered all week and talking to someone at any store shouldn’t be this difficult.

  2 people working out front and a store full of customers. I’ve been coming here for years but the little bit of savings is hardly worth waiting hours!!
