  Easily made appointment online. When I needed to reschedule that appointment an online option was not offered. So I had to call the store directly. Tried multiple times they did not answer and did not have voicemail. I ultimately got through and canceled because if this represents their customer service I will seek service elsewhere.

  My son is the first in our family to need glasses, being totally new to this all I just walked into one store to get some glasses. That pair was fully covered by insurance. When we needed some others I just purchased them online through a reputable retailer for a good deal, however our dog chewed them both up and then his good pair broke. We were able to get the repaired but in the meantime we needed something. We went back to the place we bought them and even with a half off discount on kids glasses it would have been over $100. I decided to drive over to another place to check it out. When we walked in we saw a larger display of youth styles and so many were so affordable! Just $19 for many. We chose two pairs and for $80 including the lenses and were so surprised that we were able to get them same day! In just 20 minutes they had them ready. So so happy to know we have an option here with such affordable prices and quick service! 10/10 experience!

  Ugh, it literally takes more than an hour to get assistance with placing an eyeglass order, and that is IF you're lucky. They tend to the people who pick up glasses first, no matter if you were there before that pick-up line grows. And then they take their time adjusting those frames and having nice conversations while plenty others waiting to order their glasses are left awkwardly standing around. We had waited nearly an hour even though we walked right in, and found glasses within 10 minutes. No "are you all set to order?" Or "We'll be with you shortly." I was there when there were only 2 people in line picking up glasses, and now there are 7, PLUS two other families waiting to order eyeglasses. I used to work in an optical place too, and service has gone array by far.
