My daughter trained with Lukas over the summer and absolutely loved it. Lukas is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and kind, and he has a wonderful way of working with kids. He made every session fun and engaging while still teaching her proper technique, encouraging her to challenge herself, and helping her build confidence.
She always looked forward to her sessions and came away feeling proud of what she had accomplished. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Lukas to anyone looking for a trainer

I have been training with Matt for almost 15 years. He is motivating my aging body more than I could do on my own. Our early morning sessions are always a treat, even when I don’t feel “the urge”. Matt is knowledgeable and fun to work out with. I would highly recommend him to anyone!
