  Savana was a wealth of information! She told me more about my hearing aids and hearing health during my 30 minute visit then I was ever told during the four years I have had them. Tech savvy as well. Savana programed and double checked my aids in a couple ways I had not seen before. For the last four years I have hated these things but after what I learned today, I will give it an informed effort.to make them work for me.

  Very professional and great communication throughout the testing process. A great help to a Senior to understand the maintenance of product. A very soft sell approach toward replacement units.
