  Absolutely phenomenal staff, a lovely group of people. I had a slight chip in my front most tooth that had been there for years, and the staff made it look like it was never there!! 100/10 I would recommend this office to every single person I know!!!!! Shoutout Jackie

  I was so amazed by the staff during my visit. I had a small chip in my front tooth and they offered to smooth it out for free with my cleaning! Not to mention the quick work with the water pick and suction, never pinching my lips or causing pain whatsoever! 5 stars, definitely coming back.

  It was a very uncomfortable dental experience. Everyone was pleasant in the enough but the the filling replacement was not. They were very rough on my lips, pinching tools against my lip and teeth many times. My lips were bleeding after the filling replacement. There was a good amount of rough check pulling. The wedges and spacers were placed roughly and deep in my gum line. At the end it took 20min and 15 different pieces of broken floss before they figured out how to remove the resin blocking the space between my teeth. Throughout the process their tools were knocking against other teeth in my mouth. Most notably, the hygenist hit my front teeth a few times with the water and suction tools. When I got to my truck I noticed a very small chip out of my front tooth, which is a crown. When I told the dentist they chipped my front tooth she laughed condisendingly and told me she was 100% sure that did not happen. She said their tools were, "no where near my front teeth." As if they can fit 4 different tools in my mouth without coming in at all angles. She insisted it was already chipped and claimed it was already in her notes. Who wouldn't notice a chip on a front tooth? Rather than tell me they would smooth it out at no cost I received more laughs and a brush off. They offered to smooth it out but it would have been at my cost. I wouldn't be leaving this review if not for the last phone conversation. She was in total denial about the chip and blamed me for not telling them to stop cutting my lips up with their tools. It was a very condescending conversation. I'm amazed this place has a 5 star rating.

  I've been a patient since 1993 and wouldn't consider going anyplace else. The entire staff is top of the line.

  My first Google review motivated to tell everyone about a very pleasant, professional dentist experience at Patrick J Connell's office. Informative and helpful receptionist (Jackie). AWESOME and more importantly, gentle and effective hygenist (Renee). Thorough, friendly and kind dentist willing to share his vast experience in a down-to-earth manner (Dr. Connell). I had been avoiding dentists because of past experiences at locations focused on profit (the cattle call waiting room) requiring unnecessary services and with hygenists that floss my teeth much more aggressively than I do. This office is focused on their customers and developing relationships with their patients. I look forward to returning. My smile is so much better as a result of their care.
