- ACAnahi CruzJun 17, 20261.0Terrible billing method! Went in with 2 of my brothers opened a account 2 years ago. One brother goes in April to update billing account. Failed to mentioned to my brother all they did was open a whole new account and continued to charge original account for 2 months. Called to get refunded of past 2 months since they have been double charging and Billing specialist mentioned brother was never on the original account and can’t refund because he just opened a new account in April. Crazy how then somehow he has been going for 2 years and “mysteriously” i guess has been able to go for free! No type of customer service at all!!

And for me the best part is having the place open 24 hrs! I love working out at night. It’s kept clean and staff are nice. It truly is a great workout fitness place for me that stands out from others .🤗
