  I've worked for Home Instead for 2+ years and it is the most rewarding job I've had. I've met some wonderful people and heard their amazing life stories. It's made me a better human. Home Instead is flexible with hours and was accommodating when I had health issues. They encourage staff to build a caring relationship with clients yet support them in ways to prevent burning out. It's been a pleasure working at Home instead.

  I have been very happy with the caregivers from Home Instead. I am my mom's live-in caregiver, but sometimes I need help or to take a break. I have never had a bad caregiver from them. I highly recommend.

  What can I say about Home Instead....hmmmm...the word Amazing comes to mind, Beautiful and Caring also. Our company has worked with Christine Scott (She's one of the directors for them) for a few years. We (our construction company) participate in their "Santa to a Senior" program. It started off small the 1st year, it grew and grew. Our company can't wait to choose and buy for those cute seniors each year. It's a great program to give back to those that don't have many gifts to open at Christmas time. We've also suggested to other companies to participate, they love the program also! In late Dec. early January, we started receiving "Thank you" notes from the Seniors we gave presents to. That was absolutely the best part of it all. We actually got to connect with those wonderful people who received our gifts. Our hearts were full of love just from receiving a "thank you". When we deliver our gifts, we've been lucky enough to meet some of the directors and managers, they're great with the seniors. They treat them like their own family. I'll put it this way, if I needed to find a place for my grandma or grandpa, Home Instead is where I'd go first.

  Home Instead Senior Care staff truly show their compassion, and dedication to seniors. Their Santa program ensures seniors in Racine and Kenosha receive a gift. For many of these people, this is the only gift they receive. Home Instead's services for their clients is also truly top notch. Thank you for your kindness.
