- JJJoHannaJun 23, 20181.0Very unhappy on June 23 I arrived at your facility at 12:03 the busses were late due to a detour for a block party in the area downtown even though I left the Eastside by UWM at 11:30am, I tried calling your facility to tell them I’d be late no one answered, so I waited outside for a few minutes because your door was locked and there was a women who then opened the door and told me I couldn’t join my session. Not a good impression for new students I’ll be asking for a refund.
