The techs and even the video guided eye exams have been a consistently supportive experience. I came to eye glasses at 40 and the adjustment has been challenging. I feel grateful to have a space I feel heard in navigating this corrective lens era. Deeply grateful.

- HHHApr 30, 20263.0Since my previous experience went very well, I went to werby Parker to get new glasses, I was even more impressed with all the new technology they now have, I told the employee who was helping me that I only have 11 days in the USA this time, and she assured me it will be done in ten days, meaning I can pick them up April 28, just before my departure, got my exams and picked my frame and again I insisted on pick up date and second employee assured me that they'll be back in 10 days, well long story short, they didn't, and I'm leaving the country without my glasses. I have to say thou, that on the 28th when I went to werby Parker, I was greeted and helped by a wonderful employee, his name is Nick, who attentively listened to me and apologized for the delay, I needed my new glasses and this was a real inconvenient thing for me, as there's no werby Parker where I live. Thank you Nick for your top notch customer service, Werby Parker is lucky to have employees like yourself! DananH
