  Warby Parker has great frame selections. This is my fourth pair of glasses with them. Haley was extremely helpful in getting the best transition glasses and lenses today. This is my first time selecting “transition glasses & lenses” and I was a bit uneasy about ordering them. They are expensive and I want to make a good choice. Haley was supportive and guided me through the process. Haley also did a speed delivery for me to ensure I get them before my trip to Ireland the end of the month. I can NOT wait to get them.

  Drove up from Pleasant Prairie to your third ward location for my second order of 4 pairs of glasses. I purchased four pairs of glasses at once and unfortunately, it’s all been downhill. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly and after they took the money for my four pairs of glasses, I can’t get any real time information that matches. The app that is suppose to be accurate is not. I get an email about one pair of glasses having to be remade the other three pairs of glasses with various communication methods have them actually ready for pick up to - It might be another week or two until they were actually available for pickup or we have one pair - one is being remade - no information on the other two pairs. After spending 15 minutes on the phone with an overseas call center - I was assured that three pairs of glasses were ready for pick up. Luckily, I had enough common sense to call the store directly and find out if they concurred with the gentleman in the call center from overseas and could they confirm that Was accurate - No, four pairs of glasses weren’t available only one. The store said only one pair of glasses was available, and I could make a two hour round-trip for one pair of glasses pick up or they could mail them to me. If I’d wanted to have my glasses mailed to me, Warby-Parker has lots of competition here in Kenosha . no explanation or any real time Help but they would put in a ticket about the app being inaccurate. I So while, I’m hopeful. The glasses will be fantastic. I want to warn anyone if they are thinking that driving in from a distance and putting up In the third ward lack of parking is going to be worth the effort that was not my experience. Very disappointing.

  When I walked into the store for the first time after working a block away for many years, I was thrilled that I made the decision to look at Warby Parker. The styles of glasses are awesome and colorful yet they have ones that are more business like I loved literally every single frame in that store. I had already picked out my favorites from online and since I worked a block away I decided to walk in and talk to one of the sales people. It took me less than 10 minutes and was super convenient.

  First time into A Warby Parker store. They made it so easy to do business with them. Made me feel comfortable. They were knowledgeable and the total cost for frames and progressive lenses allowed me to “exhale”.

  Warby Parker has a great selection of glasses and sunglasses. An amazing staff and checkout process, also FREE eye exams. Woot! I am in Milwaukee and visited our Third Ward location. Nick was our sales associate! I highly recommend any location!
