  It has been a pleasure working with Home Instead. Brett has been nothing but understanding and supportive. They do their best to work around your schedule and keep you employed with available hours. While schedules can sometimes change unexpectedly, that is often due to the changing needs of clients, which is something the company cannot control. Home Instead has always made an effort to accommodate my availability and find shifts that fit my schedule. I have had a very positive experience working with them. The hours may not always be guaranteed, but it is a great opportunity to earn extra income while providing meaningful care to clients.   Bret and his team gave such kind and compassionate care to my Mother and to me. They made it possible for her to stay in her home as her need for support changed. The days, hours, and level of care were adjusted with creativity and thoughtfulness. My Mother trusted and connected with her care team.   Home Instead provided an invaluable service to my family at a time when our Mom was in crisis. The care, professionalism and personal attention was on full display throughout the 3 months that it took to get Mom back to a healthy ‘place’. We are very grateful to Bret, Samantha and the entire team. One lady was Mom’s fave (!) and they made sure she always there when we had service scheduled. We will definitely call Home Instead when we need help in the future!
