Lindsay was very friendly explaining and answering all my questions. i did not feel rushed even though we actually went over the time alloted. I would liked to have tried on a hearing aid earpiece just to see how it felt (even tho it wouldn't have been bprogrammed) but she said to make another appointment and at that time she would go over everything and I could have a 3 day trial wearing them.
