I had a great experience at The Good Feet Store in Madison! Dre helped me find the right supports for my flat feet, and I’m incredibly appreciative of the time and attention he gave me.
I work in a lab and spend most of my day on my feet standing and walking on hard flooring, so finding the right support is really important to me. Dre was extremely knowledgeable, listened carefully to my concerns, and took the time to explain the different options available dispite the air conditioning not working. I never felt pressured, and I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process.
Thank you, Dre, for being so helpful, patient, and professional. I really appreciate the great service and would definitely recommend The Good Feet Store in Madison to anyone looking for better support and comfort!

I went in to find an insert to make me more comfortable on the surgery floor at work. I told them I had no issues in any other aspect; fine day to day, no back, hip, or any other pain. They kept talking like I had a lot of problems, which was tip off 1. Classic "I use them and so does everyone I know". I tried some on and told them I didn't feel a difference, they didn't acknowledge it. They didn't ask if I was still interested, just went in the back to grab some off the shelf NOT CUSTOM inserts and gave me a price of about $2,300 dollars after telling me I can't buy just 1 insert, you have to buy the whole system of 4. I should have left right there, but they told me if I wasn't satisfied I could return the product risk free after a trial period, so like an idiot I believed them and tried them out for about 2 weeks. The inserts did nothing, and even made my pain legions worse for the situation I bought them for despite following the instructions the store gave me for a break in period. I went to try and return them and they wouldn't let me, talking in circles about how great they are, how can they get me back into a headspace to keep using them, why did I buy them if I didn't think I needed them, you wouldn't want to hurt an employee's commision would you? Etc. They would not start their listed return process, and I am still fighting with them. Save yourself the hassle, if you want inserts go to an actual podiatrist and you will get actual custom inserts for $350 dollars.

This place is definitely a scam. I was looking for a pair of inserts for my 13 year old daughter. I admittedly did zero research before stepping into this place and it was imediately pretty obvious I made a mistake. However, there was no one else in there so I thought I'd see what they had to offer. About the 3rd time this weird sales dude wanted to watch my teenaged daughter walk back and forth in the inserts, I stopped him. I started to feel like we were in a timeshare presentation. This is probably their standard spiel but it felt creepy when aimed at a kid. I said we were looking for a singular pair of inserts. They only sell the complete set of 3 inserts and they START at $1700. Skip this place and see a podiatrist.

Well it's still a work in progress for me. I came in with a very sore arch on my left foot and it's being stubborn but I will get it there. My husband is doing great with his, he has less back pain and walks better.

Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?
It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce discomfort. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
