  Signed up for 4-monthly stretches for 3 months. Ben has been my flexologist and I am simply delighted with him in all respects. He conducts the workshops and the follow-up training sessions for new staff. His exceptional competence shines through in every session. He and I very quickly established trust and I simply put myself in his hands since he's able to gauge where my needs lie. Turns out I'm actually quite flexible to begin with but, as happens with everyone, there are imbalances in my body. Also even though I Stretch regularly on my own, there are types of stretches which you cannot do by yourself. Ben has identified these for me and is concentrating his work on them. He is an expert on isolating muscle groups which is again something that you would not be able to do on your own easily if at all. His touch is both firm and Incredibly gentle, he keeps checking in every time he introduces a new stretch. His quiet self-confidence in his own expertise is obvious and this kind of inner security makes for an unusually effective approach. I salute his work and feel privileged to know him and be able to profit from his contribution to my well-being.

  Nolan is exceptional. I enjoy my sessions and I love the way Nolan explains how the joint and muscle groups work. He knows the paint point and creates a routine targeting those areas. Friendly staff and Rey is always reachable and prompt about handling any management issues.

  Each week I leave my session less stiff, standing straighter and smiling. Ben truly gives a “restorative” stretch.
