The team made me feel supported from day one, and the weekly check ins really kept me on track. What I love most is how personalized the plan is. They supply protein powders, packaged food and supplements, but those items aren’t required for success on the plan. That makes this a very affordable option in my opinion. You can choose some of what they offer, but also follow the medi weight loss guides for healthy foods available at your preferred regular old grocery store :) I feel healthier, more confident, and genuinely grateful for their support. If you’re on the fence, I can say it was one of the best decisions for my health.
