The amount of hoops you have to jump through just wear contact lenses from them is unbelievable. First you have to go in there or fill out a form online for 20 minutes then you get scheduled for an appointment then after that, which they twist your arm in doing an eye exam upgrade for $39. (You still have to pay $68 for it) Then the next week you have to get a contacts lens class. The Hispanic woman made it seem like my fault that I showed up on time for the contact lens class "because they had someone call off". Then at the follow up meeting they won't even release the prescription to you. I have been asked at this location, from 3 different people if I have ever worn contact lenses before at least twice each. There is zero communication between the employees here. Aside from that, you will get AT LEAST THREE reminders between 2 different phone numbers via texts, which want you to confirm by you texting their store office number; and emails. For someone that is on top of their stuff, this location and LensCrafters appointments is exhaustingly insane.

Our experience was fantastic! Heather provided great customer service and was very knowledgeable. She was able to fix my husband's glasses in timely manner. At the same time, she was waiting on others as they came into the store. If you are looking for efficient and knowledgeable, Heather can definitely provided that for you.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
