Heather was great, I was a bit rushed on my lunch hr. and she pointed me to several frames that looked good, took my information and fitted me with what I think will be a great pair of glasses quickly and very knowledgeable about all my options.

Carla did an excellent job of amending a previous, poor experience.

Heather was very unprofessional and rude to one of her coworkers in the store and I did not feel welcomed at this store. I think personal hygiene needs to be evaluated her breath smelled very bad and it was unpleasant to be helped by her. Before my appointment I was helped by a man and he also smelled very badly as well. Very unpleasant experience.

The urgency of the staff at this location is comparable to that of a sloth and when you ask a question they look at you like a deer in headlights. I ordered glasses a month ago I called to check on the status of them and the “manager” answered the phone. Supposedly they called 2 weeks ago but my number was not in service. You would think as a manager you would check yourself as the order was over $1,000 to make sure the correct number was called. Nope they continued their sloth like movements. Skip this location and go somewhere else. The store never looks busy but they are always busy looking busy. No urgency to take care of customers, no urgency for anything really. Go to the Mayfair location the service in comparison is night and day.

Depsite having to deal with the frustrating remote system(which is why only 4 stars), T'Keyah (five star service) remained professional. She was polite, informative, and spoke to me as if I was more then just a patient. She was doing my pre-exam when she was notified that they may have to reschedule my actual appointment. She did everything she could to prevent that, but unfortunately I did ultimately have to reschedule (system issues, not T'Keyah) She rescheduled me quickly and apologized for the inconvenience.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
