Not notified the order was canceled until we called asking where were my sunglasses and then asked for an additional $130 to upgrade lenses because they picked the wrong ones for the strength of the prescription, which was the whole reason we went to the store in the first place.

One of the screws fell out of my glasses, and they’re my favorite pair, so I was worried I wouldn’t be able to fix them. Joanna was so happy to help me find a replacement screw and even replaced both of the nose pads for me. I’m truly grateful for her help and kindness. There were wonderful to help us figure out our glasses and make sure they had the right measurements and make sure everything is the right fit and on top of that she got the glasses earlier than expected and they are wonderful. I highly recommend Joel in the Lincroft staff 5617 in Mono Falls, Wisconsin for all your glasses knees five stars for sure.
