  This business keeps mailing me advertisements with envelopes marked “SENSITIVE” to make it seem like something important. Seems shady. Would personally avoid if I were in the market for hearing aids.

  Understanding hearing technology can be confusing. Tyler B. helped me understand the value of the investment I would be making in my purchase of Miracle Ear aids versus over-the-counter amplifiers. Before I got my aids, it was like I was hearing the world through a door. Now: I can participate in conversations. I enjoy music again. The TV doesn’t have to be blaring…. And most importantly, I’m safer because I can really hear… and understand what my doctor is telling me. The value doesn’t stop. Not only did Tyler work with me to calibrate my aids to what was “realistic” for me, but he also has supported routine maintenance & adjustments since my purchase nearly 2 years ago. Tyler is a talented hearing expert. Another reason why Tyler is unique: He truly cares about his patients. That’s rare. He was gracious & understanding in helping me resolve my aid performance after the flu & severe congestion by fitting me into an appointment slot at the end of the day yesterday. I am & always will be very grateful. Simply outstanding.
