  It’s a team effort there. I felt I was being cared for as if I were the only person there. Grant is excellent at explaining the function of the muscle groups and how they relate to my condition. I got great guidance for self therapy at home and in the gym from Grant, Alex and Rachel as well! I would definitely recommend them for your rehab needs!!!
