  I like Warby Parker selection and service quite a lot. Online and in-store questions are answered quickly. Products are excellent. My only negative is I live in an area with no WP, so having adjustments etc is a bit of a hassle.

  I got a new pair of glasses in Dec with the expensive transition lenses. I went into this location to have them adjusted by their staff. They are now forming a weird film in the corner of the lenses so i called to ask about how they will fix that and the very unhelpful rep I spoke with told me that scratch and crack was covered for 6 months so I would need to order new lenses or new glasses. Whats happening is neither of those things so it's WILD they would think I would ever consider spending $ with them again if I can't trust their products not to start falling apart not even a year in. I would avoid this organization/store. Clearly they don't care about having a quality product and standing by that.

  Lennox was so helpful in getting an issue with an online order corrected. The issue was entirely on me for not stopping in but they still helped me resolve it quickly and expedited my order so it wouldn't be delayed past the original estimated delivery timeframe. I didn't catch the name of the sales person that helped with my PD when I first walked in but they were great too! Clean store, well stocked!

  I’ve been wearing prescription eyewear for decades, and this was by far my best optical experience. I visited towards the end of the day and it was very busy. Staff were knowledgeable, efficient, enthusiastic, and personable. I need narrow frames and there was a great selection of them, which were clearly labeled. In contrast, I visited a competitor recently and narrow frames were not marked or organized in any way (I was told finding them throughout the store was trial and error). I was able to make an eye exam on the same day, and the price of the exam and frames was excellent. I would highly recommend the Warby Parker location at Hilldale.

  I had such an awesome customer service experience at Warby Parker Hilldale! Laurel greeted me almost immediately after I walked into the store and took so much time answering my questions and kindly providing feedback as I made her suffer through a glasses frames fashion show! I feel like I tried on half of the frames in the store and she was enthusiastic from beginning to end. She asked me very specific questions pertinent to both function and fashion and I am so excited to get my brand new glasses, as a first time wearer at almost 50 years old. I will recommend Warby Parker to all of my friends mostly because of the amazing service I got today from both Laurel and Lennox, the optician. Thank you!
