Finding the right mental health care for struggling teens can feel overwhelming. NorthStar Mental Health offers Adolescent Day Treatment for teens ages 13 to 18 as well as outpatient mental health services, providing evidence based, intensive therapy in a supportive and structured setting. For more than 25 years, our experienced clinical team has helped teens and families with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, suicidal ideation, school challenges, oppositional behaviors, body image concerns, and gender related distress. Our program specializes in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, with a focus on small group care, family involvement, and personalized treatment.
