Adults in the Madison, Wisconsin, area who are struggling with an addiction to heroin, prescription painkillers, or other opioids can receive outpatient care at Madison West Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC). Our center provides adults age 18 and older of all genders with medication-assisted treatment (MAT), a time-tested approach that uses counseling and prescription medication to treat opioid use disorder. Each adult at our CTC completes an intake assessment that allows us to formulate a personalized treatment plan that reflects their medical history and treatment goals. This plan may include individual and group counseling, as well as a prescription for methadone, Suboxone, naltrexone, or buprenorphine.
