  Aaron was awesome ! He helped me get lenses ordered for my frames I brought in. It couldn’t have gone smoother, especially after a horrible experience at a different vision establishment. I am going here for my future eye needs!

  SLow service, lenses failed in 1 year, with sags and streaks. Left at store (warranty was in effect.) It's been 1 month, and they have still not replaced them.

  Very friendly staff. All of them were very helpful and able to address my concerns and questions. I would definitely recommend this branch of Lenscrafters.

  This was the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. I just needed my glasses adjusted, and the first person who helped me refused to listen to what I needed (make them wider). She kept making them thinner in one spot and wider in another. I told her I wanted them to be equally wide all the way down. No curving inward. What does she do? She makes them completely straight, with no curve for the ears, tosses them to me, and says with attitude, “Is this straight enough for yoy?” I said, “Yes, but they need to curve around the ear still, just not curve inward to squeeze my head.” What does she do? Puts the curve back in for the ear and squeezes them inward, making them tight all over again. I tried explaining and physically showing her, and she gave me attitude like I was the problem. Since this was going nowhere, she offered to have the next available person help me. Then Beth came over to help... I told her (quietly) what had happened, hoping she'd address it with that staff member later when appropriate, but instead she turned and LOUDLY shamed me for not putting up with it because “they're short-staffed.” She literally let me have it, and I got scolded in front of the other clients waiting, because I had quietly mentioned a staff member lacking customer skills. I get being short-staffed. I do. We all do. But in no way was this a moment that called for this type of reaction from either if them. Beth could have simply said, “I'm so sorry that happened. I will speak with her.” - But nope, I got scolded loudly in front of everyone instead.

  Carla was amazing!! She was so helpful and made me feel so comfortable! She made choosing glasses so easy, even though it's usually difficult for me. She was very genuine; I highly recommend shopping here with her!
