- AHAlice HsuMay 11, 20265.0If you need to get glasses, Eyemart Express is the place to go. From the moment I walked into the store to the time I received my glasses, it took less than two hours. The quality of the glasses is also excellent. Previously, I had gone to another optical shop. Even after seeing two different doctors and changing my prescription twice, the glasses they made still left me feeling extremely dizzy and my vision remained blurry at night. Today, I finally saw Dr. Webb, who explained that the previous shop had over-corrected my prescription. He helped me adjust the lenses to a much more comfortable strength. Now that I have the new prescription, I feel significantly better. From the doctors to every single staff member, everyone at this clinic is incredibly nice and patient. Even though it was extremely crowded today, they remained professional and helped me with great care. This place truly deserves a five-star review—if I could give them ten stars, I would.
- SOSusan OetzelApr 9, 20261.0Beware!! They sell you glasses with the lowest grade of progressive lens which causes a lot of distortion! I felt like I was looking in a fun house mirror. I went back to my doctor to make sure my prescription was correct and they explained it to me. Cheap glasses are cheap for a reason. Those glasses were dangerous. I'm sooo glad I took them back!!!
