  TERRIBLE SERVICE BY THE DOCTORS ASSISTANT!!!! Never have I ever been treated that way. I arrived ten minutes prior to my eye exam on the west side on Odana Rd . I was told by the assistant they would need to reschedule the appointment, I don't know why. I was not told. She then went on to tell me it would be on the east side location. I told her that didn't work for me and she didn't even bother to check when the next opening available appointment on west side location. I preceded to tell her that I would call at another time and schedule an appointment. The rudest person i have encountered in a long time. She went on to just smirk. But behind all of this she seemed to be bothered because I came in to interrupt her little chit chat she was having with someone else. I left and went straight to LensCrafters on the west town mall. Let me just say I don't know why I didn't go with them to begin with as I had done so previously.They were very kind to book an appointment for the next day after hearing about the terrible experience at Eyemart. NEVER going back to Eyemart and definitely NEVER recommending it. Zero stars in my opinion!!!

  Helpful and friendly staff. Landlord needs to fix rolling carpet in the showroom before someone trips and hurts themselves.

  When I said my glasses weren't right, the staff absolutely went above and beyond at rectifying the problem.....even when it became clear that it was the optometrist elsewhere that screwed up. I am soooo impressed!!!
