She took the time to explain everything, adjust the hearing aids & made sure I understood everything. The front desk girl was very friendly & kind as well. The office is clean & organized. I would recommend this location for all your hearing needs.

Thoroughly explained my hearing strengths and weaknesses and shared her recommendations for the Audeo I90 Sphere as the overall best option and why. Discussed other device options, but agreed on this AI enhanced option as the best solution. She invited all questions and took the time to listen to whatever I wanted to say. Even let me actually try it in office. Serviced and updated my existing hearing aids, and mutually agreed on my purchasing strategy, all the while with no pressure whatsoever. Researched independent reviews and ratings online, and found all her information to be accurate. I came away feeling totally comfortable going forward with my next hearing aid purchase. Add a big shoutout as well to Beccah, the hearing coordinator for being so courteous and professional upon entering. She was incredibly polite and welcoming, and displayed an authentic smile the whole duration of my visit. Will absolutely recommend without hesitation to my family and friends, and anyone else I encounter that would be looking to increase their hearing capabilities going forward!
