Conveniently located near I-94 and Hwy 26, the Rainbow Community Care Inpatient Center extends our mission of compassionate hospice support with three levels of care. General Inpatient (GIP) Care manages difficult symptoms that cannot be controlled at home. Respite Care offers families up to five days of rest while their loved one is cared for at the center. Routine/Residential Care allows patients to live at the center through end-of-life. A nursing assessment guides the level of care. Medicare typically covers GIP and respite; routine care requires private payment for room and board.
