I’ve been to different Pearle Vision locations, but this one in particular captures the spirit of Hudson, WI: a warm welcome, smiles, and a feeling that I’ve been a customer my whole life—thanks to Shawna, Samantha, Andrew, and Li (though that might not be her exact name). I visited them because I had an “impossible mission,” and they accomplished it—they fixed a lens that I use and cherish very much. Until next time

I called to see if they could help my mother who had aphasia, meaning you cannot understand her, and the person that answered the phone simply said we needed to go to a specialist. She didn't bother asking anyone if in fact they could help. This is in part why my family will no longer be using Pearl Vision in Hudson, WI.

Last time they refused to use my insurance for the contact exam, until I explained that it was covered and the man reversed the $200 up charge when he ‘found’ my insurance. This time, about a month ago, they charged me for a contact lens fitting when I specifically marked no contact lens fitting on the initial paperwork. Which i advised of and showed them at checkout. I don’t know if it’s just me they try to nickel and dime or everyone but be careful when you get your invoice.
