  Tried this place and just wasn’t thrilled with how several situations were handled. The dentist left in the middle of fixing my cavity to go check on another patient. I had such a hard time scheduling. Originally after a hygienist called out, I got rescheduled for within 2-3 weeks. Then had to schedule again but wasn’t for at least 3 months after the original date. Just got a call back needing to reschedule again. I asked if it’s normal for this to occur but didn’t get a straight answer. I was recommend by several people I knew for this place so I was so hopeful but overall not impressed.

  Extremely disappointed with this dental office, especially Donna at the front desk. I was threatened with having my account sent to collections without any prior warning or attempt to work things out professionally. There was never a clear budget discussed or payment plan created to help avoid this situation in the first place. The communication and customer service were incredibly poor, and the way this was handled felt unprofessional and unnecessarily aggressive. Patients deserve transparency, respect, and proper communication — not surprise threats over billing issues. I would not recommend this office based on my experience.
