  Excellent place for glasses! I feel that staff went above and beyond for me. Now awaiting ins approval and hopefully will be extremely satisfied with glasses when they cime!

  First of all I want to give a shout-out and heartfelt thank you to Dawn, the store Manager. She had our best interest in mind as she helped navigate through a problem with a pair of glasses that we purchased at the store. She took time to listen, and truly cared about getting a favorable solution. She provided the best customer service in a long, long time. Without hesitation I would recommend this store for any eyewear purchase. In fact, my husband commented after we left the store that he will never buy a pair of glasses anywhere else. The store is beautiful and has a large selection of frames.

  "This location has been my family’s go-to spot for sunglasses, prescription glasses, and eye exams for over 4 years, and they consistently deliver top-tier service. Starting with Dr. Sonia Patel, who recently joined this location: she is prompt, articulate, extremely thorough, and detailed in her work. We were very happy with our overall eye checkups and exams, and the entire staff was courteous and professional throughout. On the optical side, Ilies Zdrafcu (Eli) is an absolute gem and the primary reason we keep coming back. It's rare to meet someone so genuinely passionate about their work. Eli is always ready to help and goes above and beyond to make the experience seamless. He offers honest, expert guidance on frames and lenses with zero high-pressure sales tactics. In fact, my older son won't commit to a pair of frames without getting Eli's opinion first! A special thanks as well to Sherri, who was amazingly knowledgeable and patient with us. She handled three back-to-back glass and lens selections without hesitation, keeping a smile on her face the whole time. She is very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend this LensCrafters location to anyone in need of quality eye care and eyewear!"

  I came in to return my glasses because they were hurting my ears and slipping down my face, and one of the helpers told me that they could not adjust my glasses anymore. I came in with just the glasses, no box or microfiber cloth and instead of offering to help me they just told me that they can’t return it unless I have my box so I left and then I came back today and I met an angel named Tara! I told her I wanted to return my glasses and she took the initiative to have me sit down and see if she could fix them first or adjust them a little bit further so they feel better on my face. Tara was able to not only make them fit my face perfectly, but she also took the time to clean my glasses and she asked me a little bit more in death about sunglasses and what I clean my glasses with just to make sure that they stay perfect. Tara I can’t thank you enough, as somebody who personally works in customer service I’m always so thankful when I have people like Tara help me out and go the extra mile. Make Tara employee of the century because after coming to this location for 2 years, she is the only employee to go above and beyond for me and I’m forever grateful!

  Lens Crafters gets only 1 star based on they do make good glasses. I'd give them zero stars if I could based on billing practices. They do not have good billing practices. I have 2 different vision insurance policies. One connected with Network Health through EyeMed. Then a separate EyeMed policy that covers more of what Network Health doesn't. They refused to bill to 2 different policies. What I found out today. They were supposed to make 2 claims. One to the one connected to Network Health for like my frames. Then a second claim to the other EyeMed insurance policy for my lenses. Which they did not offer to do. They just told me they can't bill 2 different insurances. I went around in circles all day today. Now I'm out over 200$ that Network Health's vision plan would have paid. I'll be spreading the word of Lens Crafters billing practices. Now I got the link to customer care. I got email that something was going to the store location I used. Why? So they can tell me again they can't help me. I filled out the form anyways. I'll fight this to the bitter end. Yes they called me today. To tell me they can't help me. I get nothing back. They can't bill 2 separate insurances for one pair of glasses. Even though my insurance said they should bill one insurance for frames and the other for lenses. Stay far away from this place. I found out Wisconsin Vision is able to bill to 2 insurance policies on the same order. Next time going there.
