Dr Robison is very good at his job. He makes you feel very comfortable when asking any questions. Anita is our go to salesperson. She is always knowledgeable in regards to our insurance, and she is friendly and patient with us. It is refreshing to have such competent people taking care of our personal needs. Great service all around!!

4/29/26 I'm currently sitting here waiting for my appointment and a gentleman who works here asked two women on the doctor side to please help him and as soon as he turned away, one of the women said "WRONG" and they went about their little chat. I cant believe the attitude here! One of them gave me an attitude a couple of days ago when I was here. It's truly a bad mark on Lenscrafters in Greenfield.

I was very disappointed with the customer service lady on the phone. On monday I called to reschedule my appointment and she picked up the phone. When I would aske her a question, she would sigh and just repeat herself as if I didn't understand her. And at the end I wanted to confirm the time and date so I asked her, she ignored my question, said "have a good day" and hung up right after. I was very upset about the call so today, I called to cancel my appointment and she was the one that picked up the phone again. I gave her all the information that she asked me and she told me that my name was not even in the system and that I have called the wrong place. I used to love this location. Very amazing glasses and always excellent service. We got glasses for my mom from this place so when my glasses broke this was the first place that came to my mind. Unfortunately we won't be returning to this location.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
