I was intimidated because I'm not naturally a dancer or very flexible. However, I was greeted by the most amazing community of women. Every single class feels uplifting and encouraging. The strength that I have built is astonishing! I am stronger than ever before! I tell everyone who will listen about how wonderful this place is.
