Vaccinations
Routine vaccinations are one of the easiest ways to keep yourself healthy. Our pharmacies provide annual flu vaccines, COVID-19 vaccinations, routine child and adult immunizations, catch-up vaccines and travel vaccines.
This vaccine protects against Hepatitis A, an infection in the liver often spread by contaminated food and caused by hepatitis A virus. Adults traveling outside the country, those with chronic liver disease, and men who have sex with men need at least two doses.
This vaccine protects against Hepatitis B, a blood-borne infection of the liver caused by hepatitis B virus. Adults with chronic health conditions and healthcare workers should get three doses of this vaccine.
This vaccine protects against HPV, the major cause of cervical cancer, anal cancer, and genital warts in both women and men. Adults age 9-26 need at least two doses.
This vaccine protects against influenza, a contagious viral infection of the nose, throat, and lungs. Everyone 6 months and older should receive a yearly flu vaccine.
This vaccine protects against the respiratory disease measles, the infectious disease mumps, and the viral disease rubella. Adults born in 1957 or later need at least one dose.
There are two types of meningococcal vaccines that protect against meningococcal disease, a leading cause of bacterial meningitis infections around the brain and spinal cord. All 11-12 year olds should get a meningococcal conjugate vaccine and a booster dose at 16 years old. People age 16-23 years also may get a serogroup B meningococcal vaccine.
These vaccines protect against pneumococcal disease, caused by bacteria leading to ear and sinus infections as well as more serious lung and blood infections. If you smoke, have heart disease, asthma, chronic lung disease, or are over 65 years old, you need at least one dose.
This vaccine protects against polio, a disease that can infect a person’s spinal cord and cause paralysis. Children are recommended to get one vaccine dose at 2 months old, 4 months old, 6 through 18 months old, and 4 through 6 years old.
These vaccines protect against tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis which are contagious bacterial diseases. Adults need one dose of Tdap, then a Td or Tdap booster every 10 years.
Physical & Wellness Screenings
Our pharmacies offer a number of wellness screenings to help detect and prevent certain diseases.
When you come in for a biometric screening, your provider will measure your height, weight and blood pressure. They will also test your blood glucose, and lipids (cholesterol, triglycerides, HDL, LDL) using a finger prick to obtain a blood sample. Before leaving you will have your results along with risk reduction counseling to help you achieve your optimum health. **Biometric Screenings are available at select pharmacies only.
Blood glucose measurement detects the amount of glucose (sugar) in the bloodstream. High or low blood sugars could indicate a metabolic condition, such as diabetes.
Hemoglobin A1C measures your average blood glucose (sugar) over the past 90 days. An elevated hemoglobin A1C could indicate the presence of diabetes. **Hemoglobin A1C Screenings are available at select pharmacies only.
Cholesterol screening measures the amount of cholesterol, triglycerides, high density lipoprotein (HDL) and low density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol levels in the blood. Cholesterol screenings can detect conditions such as high cholesterol or high triglycerides.

Wonderful customer service, Anne was amazing! Really went out of her way to help get insurance and pre authorization with my doctors to get me prescription authorized for payment. Truly I've never seen anybody really go out of their way to help out she did. My experience at this location has always been professional. I know we can't always make everybody happy but you need one happy customer today and always seem to do it all the time. A big thank you to Ann and her staff over there at the Grafton pharmacy.

Holding rxs for week at a time. For a heart patient? Shame on you. Has happened many times. Secondly, the phone system doesnt work. How many times do we need to drive 8 miles to and from to get prescription that isnt ready.

Their phones never work. I am never able to call the pharmacy and leave a message or get transferred to a pharmacy tech. Once I select an option the line disconnects. I am at a lost as to how people are able to communicate with them and get their medications refilled.

I wish I could rate the pharmacy lower but 1 star was the lowest I could do. I normally went to Shopko pharmacy and the staff was so efficient, friendly, and organized there! Now they’ve closed and our medications got sent to Pick N Save so thought I’d give them a try. Called this morning at 9:30 to get a prescription filled and said I would be there at 2 to get it. After waiting almost 30 min in line (on my lunch break), I finally get up to the single register they have for pick ups only to be told they didn’t have enough of the prescription for a full order so they never filled it. Didn’t get a phone call asking if I would like them to fill what they have until their shipment comes in or if they could send it elsewhere for me, nope no call at all and never filled it. What a waste of time! This is seizure medication, not a vitamin someone can go without! They told me they could fill what they have but I’d have to wait after already waiting a half hour and seeing other people wait even longer who had dropped theirs off! I will never use this pharmacy again! Bad move Kroger getting rid of Shopko and their pharmacy 👎 I gave you a try even after hearing from multiple people how bad that pharmacy is and I should have listened to them.
