- MMMJul 13, 20261.0I wasn't going to leave a review but got your pestering text and email. OD and OS was switched on prescription. Brought back glasses to get it switched. Was given an eye exam appointment without contacting me by text and email. The time and date appointment wouldn't work for me. Tried to reschedule through links but it wouldn't let me. Finally worked, rescheduled only for only a couple hours later. Got to store for appointment, I was told I didn't have to go for the appointment that was given me. Took a day off work for nothing. Wasted my time.

The staff are all kind and professional and don't push me to purchase things I don't need/want. I was in and out so quickly, but never felt rushed. It's crazy that we live in a world where eye doctors can do exams virtually, but this doctor was wonderful and patient with me. I would absolutely recommend!
