    I’ve always gone to LensCrafters for the best frames and customer service. The staff at the Bayshore location are awesome! I was a little hesitant at first about having a remote eye exam, but Jay walked me through the process and was with me through the whole exam. Wonderful experience all around.

    Very positive experience at lens crafters. Emma did an wonderful job with the exam and Charles and Sofia offered great advice as I chose the right frame. The Dr was remote but it was a smooth process. She was very detail oriented and made sure my questions were answered. Everyone was friendly and professional.

    Dr Liam was very patient and explained to me what he was doing. Both customer service reps were excellent. Very professional and thorough. I've been buy glasses and getting I eye exams here since the late 80's. Keep up the good work 👍
