  This clinic is excellent. Staff, Dr. Yaeggi; all do good work, make me feel welcomed and the trimming, inspection and foot care make me feel like I'm walking confidently on a cloud as I leave. Toenail trimming and footcare becomes more difficult as we age. Clinics like these help to keep us on our feet and healthy in the "Golden Olden Years".

  Our first visit was today and I’ll have to say it was not the best. The front reception she is super nice and friendly . However the rest of the visit was awful. The nurse or wherever gets you back to the room she was rude we didn’t even get her name. First she was rude every time she couldn’t hear my daughter’s responses. Then when it was time to show her the walking boot and get it on properly she was grabbing my daughters ankle and jerking it around and shoving it into the boot and yelling at her to hurry up and put her foot in there now. We got scheduled to a later time due to the doctor having an emergency surgery which is fine but you don’t rush a patient and be rude. I looked at the lady I said can you be less rude and less aggressive you are hurting her. Then she calmly started doing it. The doctor acted like I was an idiot when I asked for her to have an ultrasound and he said it does nothing I said it shows clearer images of what may have happened during her accident. He said no we would only do an MRI. I have had a similar injury to my daughter and it was the ultrasound that found my tears in my ankle and why I wasn’t healing fully. We will not be back to the office. Not because of the front desk but the staff beyond the desk was beyond rude and unpleasant. Worst bedside manner I have ever dealt with. Dr Y was the provider I don’t know how to spell his name and I don’t have the nurse her name either .

  Took good care of my toe issue. Friendly staff and competent Doctors.

  About 2 years with them and I have never had any problems. Wonderful people.

  Overall I'd pick zero stars. No patient deserves to be treated so poorly, young or old. My gut feeling was to leave 😞 and we won't be back.
