  I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this GNC location. I placed an online order for in-store pickup and later realized I would not be able to make the trip to pick it up. I repeatedly called the store during its posted business hours to cancel the order and request a refund, but nobody ever answered the phone. After numerous unsuccessful attempts, I contacted GNC customer service. They attempted to reach the store themselves and were also unable to get anyone to answer. Customer service informed me that the issue would be escalated to the district manager and that I would hear back within a few days. It has now been several days, and I have received no follow-up whatsoever. The pickup window has long since expired, I never received the product, and the charge has fully processed on my bank account. When I check the order status online, it simply shows as “completed” despite the fact that I never picked up the item. The most frustrating part is the complete lack of communication. I have made every reasonable effort to resolve this issue through the proper channels and have been met with silence at every turn. If a customer cannot reach the store, customer service cannot reach the store, and management never follows up, that is a serious problem. Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend that customers think twice before placing online pickup orders with this location.

  Big selection of supplements and vitamins. Great deals and even better workers. The manager Bailey greeted me and asked important questions and it felt like he actually cared about my needs. Definitely will continue shopping here!
