Back in Action Rehab provides physical therapy, occupational therapy, and workers' compensation therapy services in Fond du Lac, WI, and the surrounding area.
Broke my wrist needing surgery in March 2024. Kyle, in my opinion is the expert on hand, wrist and then some. He and the other PT crew were amazing and got me from barely able to perform simple tasks to having full use of my right hand.
February 2025, broke my left kneecap. Kyle, and Dan and crew got me strong enough to be ready for my total replacement in July which was done by an orthopedic surgeon recommended by Kyle. I recently attended my last appointment for that. Morgan was my PT person. Amazing experience with everyone in the Fond du Lac office. If I could rate them with 100 stars, I would!

Today was my final visit with Back In Action and I will miss the wonderful staff there. I’ve been doing therapy with them for a few different injuries over the last several months. Morgan Freund, DPT has been providing my care and he is the nicest, professional, caring and patient therapist! Therapy for shoulder injuries is tough but he made my experience very pleasant. Everyone from the office staff to all the other therapists have been very welcoming and helpful since my very first visit. They make coming to therapy fun, always looking forward to my next visit. Thank you Back In Action, and especially Morgan and Lynn, for helping me. If anyone is needing therapy and looking for the best, I highly recommend giving Back In Action a try. You won’t be disappointed.
