    I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside Jamie, one of the head nurses at Transitions at Home, as well as another nurse named Jamie, in a couple of homes. Both have been compassionate, responsive, and incredibly dedicated to their clients. I’ve seen firsthand the way they show up for the people they care for, often at a moment’s notice. Being in healthcare myself, I understand the challenges that can arise, and they handle those situations with a high level of professionalism. It’s always encouraging to see that level of support and teamwork in our community. I would trust them with my own family.❤️ Jenny
