Edgerton Hospital and Health Services offers compassionate, patient-centered mental and behavioral health care for individuals and families in South Central Wisconsin. Our experienced providers deliver personalized treatment in a supportive, confidential setting, using evidence-based approaches tailored to each patient’s needs. Services address concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma and PTSD, mood disorders, life transitions, grief, parenting challenges, and stress-related conditions. Care may include medication management, counseling, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy. Appointments are available at Fulton Square Clinic in downtown Edgerton, with select services offered via telehealth. No referral is required.
