  All of the ladies working up front were very attentive and knowledgeable. Also very helpful with picking out glasses that look and feel comfortable to wear. Even went the extra mile to look up other color options for me on their computer system and explained all of the fees for each level of quality and the different options for lenses. They recommend the best options for you. They want to make sure you have the best quality and correct level for your needs. I got my first pair of progressive lenses and the top tier lens quality was not absolutely necessary for me so she helped me chose the level of quality that was appropriate for me specifically. In the future if my prescription increases I will go with the top quality lens but for my current needs she helped me chose a lens that is tailored for my needs. I work in healthcare and providing individualized care is important to me and they do exactly that. They were also very busy when I was there and they managed to be very attentive to every person that came in the door by making my sure to acknowledge their presence and assist them promptly when they were available.

  Local friends if you are looking for a new eye place that is friendly, honest and understandable and listens please go see Dr Paul jr Sterling Optical Eau Claire I just had the best experience with the eye doctor and the entire staff!! Highly recommend them!!

  Melody helped my wife pick out a pair of glasses and assisted me with measurements I needed to get progressive lenses. She was very friendly, kind, skilled and overall just wonderful to work with. She was also very thorough. She has a very warm and calming demeanor that made us feel welcomed and valued. We really appreciated that and hope she is well recognized for her care and compassion.

  This was my second time back here, and it reminded me of why I chose to come back! Lexi was wonderful. She was extremely helpful, very patient, and so knowledgeable about all everything I asked her. Dr. DeLakis Jr. was also very friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming when it came time to my exam! Both are excellent people to work with and I highly recommend! Thank you both again!
