- MPMaggie PaolettiAug 26, 20265.0The service representative answering the phone was efficient and empathetic to our situation. Our chair was at the bottom of the stairs and would not move. It's a second floor condo and my mother was virtually trapped upstairs. We thought the toggle switch may have been broken and neither remote would move the chair. Bobby, the technician arrived and resolved the problem within 15 minutes! Somehow a wire had come loose from the internal control panel. The problem was SOLVED!! Thank you for your prompt, courteous service!🥰
