Dr. Smith and Jera the technician who worked to get the measurements for my eye went way beyond what I expected them to do trying to get my chin in that cup when my wheelchair could not get me as close as the machine needed me to be. I was scheduled for a 20 min session. I was 90 minutes late, the exam itself took longer than 20 minutes. They never once seemed put out, impatient, or worried about those who had appointments after me. My thanks 1000 times over to Dr. Christopher Smith and his staff. Fingers crossed now that the glasses I get are accurate. If they are not, it's because my body could not sit up straight enough to get an accurate diagnostic assessment, and NOT because of negligence or incompetence. Thank you, Pearl Vision: Monroe Road in De Pere, Wisconsin.
