The customer service is fantastic. After purchasing the hearing aids, they have continued to work with me to adjust, clean, teach me how to use them, and use their App. This service is for the entire life of the hearing aids. I was struggling to hear my wife talking to me and they made some adjustments and now I can hear her really well.
