Helping the customer, not pointing and saying you are wearing Ray Ban. The Ray Bans are over there in the corner. I wanted help not lip service. Will not spend money at a store that doesn't care about the customer experience.

The doctor was friendly, completing various testing from the tech scanned pics to assess my eyes. Answered all my questions, explained details of each test. I don’t need to go anywhere else for eye exams and glasses. They now have my eye info, and I am confident of their competency. I’m not an expert, though I think their equipment is state of the art. Offices are clean, organized. In summary, a positive experience for me.
