  The staff in the front of the shop treated me like an inconvenience. They interacted with me minimally and the experience felt dismissive. I waited 20 minutes beyond my initial appointment for my eye exam despite arriving 10 minutes early. There was a lot of construction going on in the back, and that was very anxiety-producing for me. There was constant noise and I didn't know what was going on or why I was waiting for so long. Then when I got up to walk around and ease my feelings of anxiety, it felt as though I was unwelcome in the front area. People are going through things that others may not realize, and when you treat them poorly, it makes their experience even worse. I didn't force any of those people in the front to take that job, but I felt as though they resented me for it. The selection was limited in places and despite their technology, they informed me that my insurance was out of network. I'll have to pick my glasses up when they're done, and this fills me with a sense of dread.

  Dr. Paul is very caring, takes the time to explain things and ask questions of the patient. Tana was very helpful picking out glasses with me, went through pricing and made sure I understood all the options and costs.

  The technician and the exam doctor were very kind and did a great job. The sales associate woman was terrible and I just couldn’t continue. Was gonna buy 3 pairs of glasses but this woman, for some reason, didn’t want to deal with me. Maybe it was too late in the day for her? I had to run out of there I was so uncomfortable.

  My wife and I went for eye exams. When we arrived, an employee asked what we were there for. When we mentioned that we had appointments for eye exams, she said follow me and I’ll check you in. On the way to the counter, the employee noticed another customer and went to help them without saying anything to us. So we went to the counter ourselves and asked to get checked in. All checked in, we waited. Appointment time was 10:20am. 10:35am rolls around and we still haven’t been seen. As each employee walks past us in the waiting room, there was no acknowledgement, no asking if we’ve been helped, no updates, not even a glance in our direction. It was like we were invisible. Finally, an employee working the back counter asked if we’ve been helped. We stated that were there for exams and were way past our appointment time. I asked how much longer until we are seen. The employees response word for word, “Do you have anywhere else you need to be today? Do you need to reschedule?” When we pressed a bit more, the employee said he didn’t know where the doctors were at in their day. After asking us again if we need to reschedule, we said no and just got up and left. We’ve been going to this location for a few years, but unfortunately will not return. Being an invisible customer and nobody able to provide any type of service, we’ll try other options.
