Love red light therapy. It’s been so helpful, and with more than just weight. It’s helped to heal a long standing injury. Staff is amazing. Kyra has been the most helpful, but I haven’t met anyone there, including the owner, who gave been less than amazing.

Red Light Therapy has not only taken inches off my waist but it's relaxing and a great boost on cold gloomy days. They've been flexible with scheduling too and I've found that extremely helpful as well.
The staff are amazing *Big shout out to Kyra* and the owner is very nice.
Highly recommend!!!
Frequently Asked Questions About Red Light Health Solutions
What is red light therapy?
Red light therapy, also known as photobiomodulation, is a non-invasive treatment that uses targeted red and near-infrared light wavelengths to support the body’s natural cellular functions. It is pain-free, drug-free, and requires no downtime.
How does red light therapy function?
In each session, red and near-infrared light penetrates the skin to activate the mitochondria—the cells’ energy source. This helps boost ATP production, enhance cellular repair, reduce inflammation, and support the body’s natural healing processes.
What can red light therapy help with?
Regular red light therapy sessions may help relieve pain, reduce inflammation, speed up muscle recovery, improve sleep, support skin health and anti-aging, enhance body composition, and boost overall energy and vitality. Results may vary for each individual.
How many sessions are recommended?
Most clients begin with two to five sessions per week during their initial program. Your specialist will suggest the best frequency based on your goals. Once those goals are met, maintenance sessions are usually scheduled weekly or every other week.
How long does each session last?
New client sessions are 15 minutes on our Advanced Red Light Therapy System. Clients enrolled in a program receive 20 minutes per session, which includes our signature 5-minute boost for enhanced results.
Is red light therapy considered safe?
Yes. Red light therapy is non-invasive, pain-free, and does not involve UV light. It is generally considered safe for most individuals when used as part of a wellness routine. As with any new program, it is recommended to consult your healthcare provider before starting.
Will red light therapy cause any pain?
No. Most clients find the experience warm and deeply relaxing, and many even fall asleep during their session.
How quickly can results be expected?
Many clients begin noticing small improvements after just a few sessions. More noticeable results typically develop with consistent use over several weeks. Results build over time, with each session contributing to overall progress.
Which parts of the body can be treated?
Our Advanced Red Light Therapy System provides full-body coverage, delivering comprehensive exposure to red and near-infrared light during each session.
Are there any known side effects?
Red light therapy is known for its strong safety profile. Some clients may notice mild, temporary warmth in the treated area after a session. Serious side effects are uncommon.
What is red light therapy and how does it work?
Red light therapy is a non-invasive treatment that uses specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light to stimulate cellular function, enhancing energy production, promoting healing, and reducing inflammation, which may aid weight loss and health.
Is red light therapy safe for weight loss?
Red light therapy is generally safe for weight loss when used as directed, being non-invasive and free of harmful UV rays. It's recommended to consult a healthcare professional before starting, especially if you have medical conditions.
How often should I use red light therapy for weight loss?
It is recommended to have 3-5 red light therapy sessions per week, each lasting 10-20 minutes. Consistency is important, and a personalized treatment plan can be designed based on your goals and health status.
How long until I see results from red light therapy for weight loss?
Results vary by individual; some see changes within weeks, others may take months. Combining therapy with healthy diet and exercise typically yields faster and more noticeable results.
Are there any side effects of red light therapy?
Side effects are minimal, but some may experience temporary redness or warmth in treated areas that usually subsides quickly. Following guidelines and reporting any concerns is important.
What are the operating hours of Red Light Health Solutions?
