Such a fun & welcoming environment! Loved the workout I got while keeping it low impact.
Best investment for health after my stint with breast cancer and long term sequelae after mastectomy - shoulder restriction, pain …..Now I can fully extend my arm above my head. I am building strength. The instructors help with modifications and the Lord knows I need them. Surrounded my young size zero gals and elderly women all invested in their health working together for their tomorrows. I love Pilates.

I can’t say enough great things about this Pilates studio. From the moment you walk in, the energy is welcoming, positive, and motivating. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and attentive—they truly care about proper form and helping you get the most out of every class.
I’ve seen real results in my strength, posture, and overall tone, and I actually look forward to coming in. The studio is always clean, well-run, and has such a great community feel.
If you’re thinking about trying Pilates or looking for a new studio, this is absolutely the place.
I’m 4 months in and loving it! The instructors are great- Jenny is my favorite. So nice and was accommodating when I had a limitation one time. I felt seen and cared for. She’s so sweet! I never thought I could join a workout class because of anxiety and lack of confidence. But I love Pilates and everyone is very nice and judgement free. Sometimes when I run out of credits I buy more to go extra during the month. I hope we get more Green Bay locations soon.

This was my first time trying pilates. The only question I have is, "Why did I wait so long?!" What an experience!!! The staff welcomed me with a smiling face and was very helpful/friendly in explaining to me what to expect.
Grip socks are required for this class. Buy or bring your own. You do have the option to purchase a pair (and other merch) at CP but a basic pair will run you about $15 on up. However, this intro class was 30 minutes long and FREE. A standard class runs about 45 minutes.
The class itself was so relaxing as we entered the studio section. The dim lights are kept soft and low. The equipment is easy to use and we walked through how to use. Pilates is a workout like no other in that YOU pretty much control the intensity. There's no pressure on your joints (wrists, knees, etc.) as you move. Controlled breathing helps you focus and feel relax even AS you're moving. My stomach muscles and upper arms definitely felt the workout the following day. Not extreme or anything but I know I worked them muscles well and it really didn't feel like I did anything strenuous.
An all around great experience. I will be joining CP as a member. They have three membership options to choose from.
