  Shelbie & Dr. Ben Clark, gave us exceptional service!! Initially, we started at LensCrafters. My mother is 85 & on Medicaid. She was treated with dismissive disrespect. I wanted to cry….the associates attitude completely changed, when we told her we needed the least expensive option available. It was horrible and we walked out after several minutes. We will never ever go back. Compare to Pearle: SHELBIE, greeted us warmly & from the first minute, we felt valued and appreciated. I explained my mother was low income, but needed a special kind of prescription for her vision loss. I told her mom is on Medicaid. Shelbie’s demeanor never changed. Without missing a beat, she showed us available options at a lower cost. She was tender hearted, professional, knowledgeable and some of the best customer service I’ve had anywhere!! (I had been in the customer service industry myself, for 40+ years). She explained things clearly, and slowly, so my mother could understand everything! Dr. Ben, a few weeks later, did my eye exam. He was professional, very knowledgeable, patient and kind as well. For exceptional service above and beyond, I give this Fox River Mall store, highest praise! I will recommend to everyone I know to go there for their vision needs!! PS: the store is bright, inviting and clean

  Shelbie did an amazing job helping me pick out glasses that best meet all my vision needs! I am SO impressed with her professionalism and fun approach to choosing frames & options that best reflect my lifestyle AND personality! Thanks again! I can't wait to pick them up! 😎

  Had a great experience finding the right pair of glasses with the help of Hailey at Pearle Vision in the mall. Once I found my glasses, the checkout process was smooth and speedy!

  Had a good experience buying new glasses from here. When I came to pick them up I asked if they could bend my current ones back as they were loose on my head. They tried and broke my current glasses and said we can sell you new frames. After spending $500+ on new glasses I expected better service and will no longer be a customer here.
