Not good at communicating at all. Trual contacts were recieved to the store on the 10th. No form of contact made. Today is the 23rd, I finally called and they said yeah they are here. Not a great way to do business if you want me to order my contacts with you. Frustrating to say the least.

Worked with Jordan and had a great experience at Eyemart Express. First-time customer and this will go my go-to Optical store going forward. Thank you Jordan and Eyemart!!

The manager Tara got me in last minute got me glasses that my insurance covered and found me the best deal on the pair I needed that wasn't covered. They had my first pair ready in 7 minutes . Highly recommend

TLDR: great service. 3 walls of glasses, 6 - 7 reps on staff, connected optometrist and lab. One stop shop where everyone wanted to help you look good, while seeing better. Got 3 sets of specs and 1 set of contacts after I saw the optometrist to get a script. 1 hours of friendly banter, and now I can see better. They do it right over there. Especially Mandy.
