  Went in to get my lenses swapped since it under warranty is was close to closing time but the lady wasted my time just to tell me the couldn’t swap them she typed in all my wrong info and acted like I didn’t have a warranty then showed me the screen she didn’t even have my name spelled out properly when I spelled it out for her made me feel like she didn’t even wanna do the lenses warranty, I was passing through but I’ll stick to the Madison locations the swap my lenses out in less than 10 mins everytime

  Good selection of frames, helpful staff and a thorough eye exam. New glasses came in quickly and fit well. Im very happy with the final result.

  I highly recommend this place! After my glasses broke, I was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Best of all, I received my new glasses in less than an hour! Excellent service and a great experience from start to finish.

  Jordan was amazing at the store help me get some glasses and even a second pair free made everything really easy as well and was super friendly and amazing.

  Very helpful, went and tried everything because my insurance was being difficult and succeeded! super nice employees(Thank you John) even helped pick out my glasses. Large selection of glasses. My sunglasses were ready in an hour, and my glasses which he said could be 2 weeks, came in 2 days!
