  My husband and I have been getting our glasses from Eyemart Express for the past few years, and we’ve consistently had wonderful experiences. The staff is always friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful. My husband has a fairly complex prescription, and they handle it beautifully every time. I usually take advantage of the two-pair deals as affordable backups since I wear contacts most of the time, and the value is excellent. What really stood out to me recently, though, was the compassion and community-mindedness of the team. They recently helped a vulnerable young person that I care deeply about. Although they don’t accept Medicaid/BadgerCare, everyone was understanding, kind, and genuinely wanted to help. The manager was especially compassionate, and the opticians went above and beyond to make the experience positive and supportive. To top it off, they were able to complete one pair of glasses in just 8 minutes! You can teach customer service, but you can’t teach genuine kindness and heart — and this team clearly has both. I cannot say enough good things about them, and the doctors and staff on the vision screening side are top notch too!!

  Well I saved so much money getting 2 pairs of glasses, one sunglasses and the other for seeing farther down the highway during night time driving and distance if I need to see something Sports events and other. There office is roomy with many staff to help their customers find exactly what they need and listen to this their glasses are the cheapest anywhere. Their choices ofcheaper or bit more fit comfortably yup. Or they can design them to fit all head nose ear shapes. With Stellar Co. eye doctors in there office! Alan B.

  We were just looking for a pair of glasses, so I asked for a tray for glasses and the front desk lady was talking to me like I was stupid. She gave me one, but specifically said they had none and talked to me like I was dumb for not knowing that. Was also rude to some other customers so we left. Honestly someone needs to learn English when she specifically said the same thing I asked for from her
