  I highly recommend this place! After my glasses broke, I was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Best of all, I received my new glasses in less than an hour! Excellent service and a great experience from start to finish.

  Jordan was amazing at the store help me get some glasses and even a second pair free made everything really easy as well and was super friendly and amazing.

  Very helpful, went and tried everything because my insurance was being difficult and succeeded! super nice employees(Thank you John) even helped pick out my glasses. Large selection of glasses. My sunglasses were ready in an hour, and my glasses which he said could be 2 weeks, came in 2 days!

  This store really took care of me. Another store (same franchise) said they could not fix the glasses they sold to me to fit my face. But Appleton did what the other could not. Thank you so much for allowing me to be able to wear the glasses that were sold to me.

  My husband and I have been getting our glasses from Eyemart Express for the past few years, and we’ve consistently had wonderful experiences. The staff is always friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful. My husband has a fairly complex prescription, and they handle it beautifully every time. I usually take advantage of the two-pair deals as affordable backups since I wear contacts most of the time, and the value is excellent. What really stood out to me recently, though, was the compassion and community-mindedness of the team. They recently helped a vulnerable young person that I care deeply about. Although they don’t accept Medicaid/BadgerCare, everyone was understanding, kind, and genuinely wanted to help. The manager was especially compassionate, and the opticians went above and beyond to make the experience positive and supportive. To top it off, they were able to complete one pair of glasses in just 8 minutes! You can teach customer service, but you can’t teach genuine kindness and heart — and this team clearly has both. I cannot say enough good things about them, and the doctors and staff on the vision screening side are top notch too!!
