I was treated exactly how I try to treat my customer in my profession. Their knowledge level was reassuring and their empathic and friendly energy made my own feel confident and excited as I made some big changes in how I treated my vision issues...while I actively went through other medical issues. Today's visit was a recheck and order products. I was lucky enough to be helped by Stefan! From the first to last interchange today, he was AWESOME. He even adjusted my sunglasses so that the arms didn't push my hearing aid from my ear. I didn't ask, he offered when I explained my aids were brand new to me and I wasn't giving them up for nothing. This level of genuine, honest and outgoing customer service doesn't happen often and definitely made me so very happy! Thank you, again Stefan.
