  Dr. Moon always listens to what works best for me. He takes into consideration your daily routine and what would be the best route as we age. His assistant Jen is the absolute sweetest and kindest person I've ever met. She made the whole appointment a pleasure!

  Was not planning on leaving a review but have been battling with my insurance to get a redo done on my eye exam due to them doing it incorrectly and rushing through it. I went back so they can double check my glasses and all they told me was it was an incorrect PD and that was what was causing the dizziness and headaches. Ok I thought. So I had a new pair done at cascade eye center with the correct PD and RX nothing still same headache and dizziness. Now I’m fighting with the insurance to get the eye exam put back on my account due to their negligence. On top of that the ladies are rude and didn’t bother running my insurance when I inquired about a pair of glasses and the DR didn’t seem interested in re doing the eye exam when I brought up the concerns all he said was everything is fine. Seems like they cater towards a certain crowd or group. Maybe I’m not a part of that . Will not come back here that’s for sure

  Yakima Eye Specialists has been our eye care home for many years. When we have concerning/new issues we are provided appointments that day or by the next day. We so appreciate the prompt evaluation and caring, professional treatment

  I was pleased to meet my new eye doctor! Exam was thorough. Staff was friendly and professional.! I was pleased to find out that the records from the last individual were sent to my new doctor and that I have been diagnosed with macular degeneration with medication prescribed! However, I didn’t know anything about it until July 9. When my new doctor read the information I now have the medication needed for the disease.!

  I had a very disappointing experience at this eye clinic. The staff provided us with the wrong frames and, instead of correcting the mistake, they refused to fix it or take responsibility. On top of that, our medical information was misplaced before we even received the incorrect frames, which is extremely concerning and unprofessional. The overall service felt disorganized and careless. For something as important as eye care and prescriptions, accuracy and attention to detail should be a priority, but that was not the case here. Communication was poor, and we did not feel heard or supported when issues were brought up. I would not recommend this place based on our experience, as it raised serious concerns about professionalism, reliability, and how patient information is handled.
